This 2-hour Introduction to Clubbell Yoga Workshop will consist of a 90 minute class with 30 minute discussion on Clubbells and their use in yoga and exercise with Lead Clubbell Yoga Ambassador and CST Field Instructor, Brie Helmuth. Participants can expect to further their development in Clubbell Yoga or learn the foundation for the first time. Everyone involved can plan on getting a great core strengthening workout! Specifically, this class will focus on closed hip and single leg balancing in yoga sequencing and include a mini circuit with Clubbells and body weight drills. Class is open for all levels of fitness experience with easy to follow progressions and regressions provided. Take this workshop and begin developing better mind and body coordination and balance with Clubbell Yoga.
