Coggins General Yoga Workshop
A classical and technical session dedicated to the late Guru ji of Iyenga yoga. Focused on alignment and precision of the asanas to unblock the energy channels, get rid of defects, increase vitality and slow the ageing process.
Participants will be guided through a process of learning how to engage the mind with the body for optimal results.
