This is a drop in class, open to all levels and ages. Partners and couples welcome. Basic hatha yoga postures, vinyasa flows, and strengthening exercises will be utilized as well as deep stretches and relaxation. This class is designed to enhance overall athletic performance and fitness while creating a peaceful body and mind!
