For Girls 9-16 years old

Body Awareness for Empowered Choices: During this week-long camp, girls will learn body safety, personal boundaries, an understanding about their bodies and who they are on their journey of self discovery.

Intentional Sexuality Education:
•Develop Healthy Body Image
•Promote Positive Relationships
•Create Self-Awareness
•Cultivate Self-Respect
•Enhance Social Skills

Camp Includes: art projects, yoga poses, meditation techniques, breathing exercises, positive affirmations, wellness tips body awareness techniques, self care tools, sound healing, dance, health lectures, talking circles, theme based guest speakers, outdoor activities, organic snacks/lunch, cultivating sisterhood & lots of fun!

COST:
$375 - Week-Long Camp
(Girls must attend the entire week)
