On Thursday, April 9th at 6:00PM, come for a special Conscious Re-birthing class. This Kundalini Yoga conscious re-birthing kriya helps one to overcome the fears acquired in the womb during the first 9 months of life.
Then, experience the healing sounds of the gong during an extended gong meditation.
The sound of the gong has so many health benefits! Among them:
• It helps to relieve neck pain and headaches, menstrual difficulties and cramping in the chest and upper respiratory system.
• The sound of a live gong stimulates circulation while its wide range of frequencies stimulate nerve endings and may prove useful in recovering from injuries in which nerve damage has occurred.
• The gong affects the physical health of an individual by helping to alleviate emotional and physical appears to stimulate the glandular system to a higher level of functioning. The pituitary gland seems directly affected by its sound which in turn causes the whole glandular system to become balanced.
• The gong works deeply on the mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. It purifies and quiets the mind. It cuts through the linear mind and clears the clutter from the subconscious mind to reveal the radiant and authentic self. It has the capacity to bring us to our neutral mind that is wise and non-judgemental. It helps turn the mind to zero, a state of stillness where innate wisdom can be accessed.
“The Gong is the first and last instrument for the human mind, there is only one thing that can supersede and command the human mind, the sound of the Gong. It is the first sound in the universe, the sound that created this universe. It’s the basic creative sound. To the mind, the sound of the gong is like a mother and father that gave it birth. The mind has no power to resist a gong that is well played.” --Yogi Bhajan--
