Core essence – a Vinyasa Flow workshop
Developing a strong core is the key to a steadier and stronger practice. Core abdominal strength does not only improve every pose but also supports the lower back, promotes good digestion and makes us more resilient in our daily lives. This workshop will help you access a deeper layer of strength through a creative and intelligent sequence that includes pranayama and kriya practice, abdominal-intensive poses, balances, twists and side-bends.
