Full Description

The foundation of all forms of movement stems from your core, your power center. Why is this important?  Core strength prevents back pain + injury, enables you to integrate the muscles of your arms and legs so that you can carry groceries, pick up your kids, lift heavier weight, maintains your body as it ages, helps facilitate really good posture (sit all day?), acts as a stabilizer to protect your spine.  And of course you need a good strong core for any sport interests - yoga, running, tennis, lifting, skiing, snowboarding, golf etc.

This workshop is packed full of value bites for you to work on at home as well, it's an opportunity not to miss!
