Pay in full by October 15, 2016 and receive a $100 discount! Each participant must fill out a registration form and send
a non-refundable deposit of $450 by October 15, 2016 to secure a spot. Balance is due December 15, 2016.

Two one-week retreats. Come for one or stay for both!

Deepen your Ashtanga yoga practice, ride the waves & escape the cold. Warm your body & soul in the rays of the sun & the salt of the ocean. The pristine rainforest and rugged natural beauty of the Osa Peninsula make this region among the most beautiful areas in Costa Rica. Boca Sombrero, where the retreat will be held is an exclusive eco-oceanfront paradise embedded in the amazing rainforest settings of the Peninsula.

Accommodations & Meals
7 Nights Accommodation: Shared, Double or Single. The lodging ranges from Palapa platform to beautiful private houses-some with swimming pools.

4 Organic Meals Daily: Includes a selection of fruit, yogurt & granola before the morning Yoga class, a big brunch, lite lunch and a fabulous dinner. (veg & non-veg)

Boca Sombrero Resort is an exclusive eco-ocean front paradise embedded in the amazing rainforest settings of the Peninsula. There are four houses, eight thatched roof palapa platforms, just steps away from the beaches of the Golfo Dulce.

2 Yoga Classes Daily: Morning Mysore and afternoon guided exploratory yoga sessions may include: Meditation, Pranayama, Ayurveda, Yin & Restorative.

1 Surf Lesson: with an instructor from Boca Sombrero. There are also daily & weekly surf board rentals available.

1 Nature Hike: with Monika from Boca Sombrero.

The pristine rainforests and rugged natural beauty of the Osa Peninsula make this region among the most beautiful areas in Costa Rica. It was declared 'one of the most biologically intense places on earth' by National Geographic. Optional activities include: tree-climbing, waterfall rapelling, horseback riding, kayaking, fishing, dolpin watching, bird-watching and more. There are also excellent spa services for the moments of doing nothing. And there are an abundance of hammocks for napping!

Your Instructors
Kimberly & Christine have shared their love for practice, sisterhood and adventure for over 15 years. Their teaching styles compliment each other, bring a harmonious relationship to the classroom, and reveal their devotion to the path and to all students.

Christine Hoar
is the founder and director of Bristol Yoga and Ashtanga Montauk. Christine brings a gentle, compassionate, and light-hearted, yet powerful hands-on approach to Ashtanga Yoga. She has been practicing and teaching Ashtanga Yoga for almost 20 years. Christine is blessed and authorized to teach by her guru, the late Sri K Pattabhi Jois of Mysore. Her teachings are authentic, knowledgeable and inspiring. She is also certified as an Ayurvedic consultant and educator and is an E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor. Christine travels regularly to Mysore, India to continue her studies.

Kimberly Dahlmann
has been a student of Meditation and Yoga since 1994. Kimberly's practice and teachings are guided by the Ashtanga system as taught by Sri. K Pattabhi Jois. As a teacher she intuitively guides the body with strong hands-on adjustments, penetrates both the interior and exterior alignment of the body through clear communication. She is particulary adept at individualizing the practice to meet each student needs. As the founder and director of Yoga East she is committed to preserving the tradition of Yoga that has been shared with her.
