CPD: Psychology Of Yoga & Shat Karmas With Natalia Perera
We have been told that Yoga is a deep process of transformation. It boosts our health. It empowers us. It enlightens us. We understand at least intellectually what Yoga is about and at times, get a glimpse beyond the physical benefits of our practice. Often however, when we come off that mat, and head back into our daily lives, we miss the point. We find ourselves A Mess. Yoga was originally designed by great sages – as a monastic practice. Yoga was meant to be taught from guru to disciple. Yoga was only taught as a way of life, which included strict guidelines as to how to live your whole life. There was great wisdom in those teachings, which today are not fully communicated nor adopted.
This workshop aims to demystify the depth at which your practice affects you and will cover practical ways to help you remain centred off the mat and be that Saintly Yogi/Yogini not of the world, but in the world.
