Croatian Island Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation & Hiking Retreat
Join me on this beautiful island in the middle of the Adriatic Sea - a perfect place to embark on journey with a slower and deeper rhythm. There will be a daily schedule of asana practice, pranayama, meditation, sutra study and hiking by the sparkling blue sea.
Type of Event
Expect to be energized, strengthened and relaxed by yoga, silenced and calmed by pranayama and meditation, nourished by healthy food and rejuvenated by the sparkling clear sea. There will be daily hikes exploring the island’s hills, coves and fishing villages.
Yoga classes are geared to Iyengar Levels II and up, but all levels are welcome. I work with your individual needs and show you how to modify the poses to maximize the benefits of your practice regardless of physical abilities or the level of your experience.
2 meals (brunch and dinner and fruits, tea & cofee during the day) are included.
This retreat is designed to rejuvenate you and allow you to go inside and peel away the layers of accumulated stress.
It is your choice to participate in as much or as little of the scheduled activities in the program.
