Full Description

This weekend is perfect for you if you:
Need some clarity in your life around some difficult situations or challenges.
Crave time to connect to nature away from your computer.
Practice tuning into your inner guide.
A retreat is a wonderful opportunity to truly immerse yourself into all the layers of yoga.
Over the 3 days we will strengthen, stretch and quieten the body and mind allowing you to focus on the vibrations and message of the mantras and then your inner guide. There will also be ample ‘me’ time to settle into a slower pace! Whether you choose to participate in all the practices we offer or do absolutely nothing but soak in the spa or curl up with your favourite book, this retreat will embrace and restore you.
Nestled on 20 acres of natural bush, right on the edge of Lake Victoria, Wattle Point Waterfront, your home for the weekend truly is a special place that effortlessly harmonises with its native wildlife and beautiful Old Man Banksia forest to offer complete peace and tranquility.
Your retreat amenities include indoor heated pool, heated mineral spa, tennis court, kayaks, stand up paddle boards and canoes and pushbikes. Did we mention the kangaroos feed right from your hand?

Your teachers and guides for the weekend are Kirsten Mackintosh and Tony Beaman who teach weekly classes at their studio in Paynesville. They are Level 2 Yoga Australia registered teachers who simply want to share the magic and mystery of the many practices of Yoga. They also enjoy hosting guests from all over the world at their nature-based tourist accommodation on Raymond Island, sharing their home and permaculture garden.
