First class will be after dinner on Friday, Saturday morning we'll have an enlightening discussion, do some mindfulness exercises, then have a full vinyasa flow class; Saturday afternoon we'll have a talk on "atONEment" (cleaning up the past so that you can show up authentically) and then a Yoga Nidra with Tracee Stanley; Sunday there will be a talk about Happiness and then a final flow class.
