Cultivating Wholeness through Yin Yoga
We'll use Yin yoga, a meditative practice of longer holdings to stretch and strengthen while stimulating energy, and complete with an active (Yang) practice, to cultivate Wholeness inside and out.

Yin Yoga is a meditative practice that o ers deep access to the body through traditional long-held (3-5 minutes) poses. Yin practice stretches, strengthens and lubricates the deeper connective tissues of the body while stimulating the flow of energy through the pathways (meridians) of the body.
Combined with focused breathing and meditative awareness the practice cultivates a sense of wholeness through balancing the mind, body and emotions. The yin sequence will be followed by a short yang (active) ow and deep relaxation, leaving you calm & energized.
Suitable for most levels, the longer holding may be challenging. Please note that it is not restorative yoga. You need to experience Yin to nd out what it is all about!
