Always wanted to try yoga but felt a little too intimidated to take that first step? Or tried a class, loved it but felt like you needed a little more curve friendly love? This workshop is designed specifically with your needs in mind. No one will be putting their leg behind their head, but we will be building flexibility and strength through gentle movement and alignment. Cyndi Allen, recently certified with Curvy Yoga's Anna Guest-Jelley, will be leading this fun, instructional and inspirational workshop as you explore the stress busting, body loving fun that yoga can be. The first hour and fifteen minutes will be talking and chatting about yoga poses and how to make those yoga poses work for your body while the second half will be a slow gentle practice designed with your body in mind!
