Type of Event
Friday 4th of November / 17:30 - 21:30
Through a meditation and exercises based on craniosacral therapy we will bring awareness into the depths of stillness and movement, in ourselves and in our partners. We will then explore ways to engage another body 'in conversation' and how to access a state of flow through listening to authentic body gestures. We will explore how patterns of tension are useful in following an authentic journey into movement. We will also touch on the meaning of being neutral and receptive, like water, which is fundamental to our work in water.
This workshop is fully experiential and our focus is on discovery, exploration and play in order to increase your awareness, sensitivity of touch and listening skills. It is open to anyone, whether you are considering going unto a full immersion course of aquatic bodywork, would like to have a taster of this work, or would simply like to spend a few hours exploring your inner processes within a relational field through movement, stillness and touch.
