Type of Event
Immerse yourself for a day of Yoga asanas, meditation, breath work and deep relaxation to strengthen and open your body, wash away your worries and leave you calm, centred and rejuvenated.
This day retreat will begin with an awaken and refresh of the senses and utilise the naturally calming and healing energy of the nature around us. You will be guided through a gentle warm up stretch, breath work and a beautiful cleansing meditation. We will then go into a medium level, meditative, physical practise which will get energy flowing and bring you to a deep connection with yourself. We will end in Savasana (relaxation), to absorb the work that we have done.
This day will be a time for reflection, rejuvenation and refreshing the body & mind.
