This training is perfect for you If you are are interested in deepening your yoga practice and learning to become a teacher but can not make nighttime trainings or short term weekend intensive trainings. It's great for stay at home moms, retirees, night shift or flexible shift careers too.

You will learn how to safely teach and adapt yoga postures for many different settings, bodies and levels of ability while also receiving training in meditation, yogic lifestyle, energy balancing through chakra work and be given practical philosophy that can be applied to your every day life helping you to cope better with emotional and physical stress. You can also address deeply held trauma patterns in your body and help to release them through shamanic healing practices.

If you have some yoga experience (a dedicated weekly practice for at least six months) then you are qualified to take this training! There is no one type of yoga teacher trainee; you can never be too old, too heavy, to stiff or too injured. All that is required is a desire to learn and to have an open mind and heart.

Upon completion of the program, all required assignments and mentoring sessions, you will be qualified to receive a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification and can register with Yoga Alliance.

To receive your certificate 100% attendance is required. If there are dates or times that are missed due to pre- scheduled vacations or illness the hours will need to be made up privately at an additional cost or you can wait until the next training sessions are offered.
