Check in will be in the afternoon on the day of arrival, just in time to settle in before the welcome dinner.
Room check out will usually be around 10am on the day of departure.

During our time together we provide a schedule and create a space that will nurture a genuine and fulfilling inner practice during your time with us.
Bodhini Yoga retreats are designed to deepen your understanding of your practice. Why is it we do the things we do in Yoga? Often in our sparse weekly practice it is difficult to comprehend what it is we are doing in our mat.
As well as twice daily meditation and yoga sessions, our 2 hour afternoon technique and anatomy workshops are aimed at clarifying any doubts so that you can move forth with confidence and complete presence in your practice.
Each day after the workshops, we also spend time selecting and modifying the postures that are most beneficial to you, weave them flowingly together into your very own personal sequence, tailored to your body, your mind, your spirit, so that you can take home a practice that you love.
We look forward to sharing the heart of yoga and its deeply healing benefits with you all.

6-6.45am – Morning meditation
7-8.30am – Dynamic practice
10-11am – Brunch
12-2pm – Technique, alignment & anatomy workshop
2-3pm – Building your very own personal practice
5pm – Dinner
7-8pm – Gentle Yin and Restorative practice
8-9pm -Evening Meditation
9pm – Lights out and Silence (Mouna) until 10.30m
