This workshop suits practitioners of all levels and is designed to compliment, strengthen and refine your regular class practice and enable you to explore areas of yoga and personal growth in more depth.

This fun and inspirational 2.5 hr workshop is interactive, with demonstrations, dialogue and hands on assistance and attention. We will explore:
* Yoga Philosophy 101-Delve deeper into the core concepts behind this ancient tradition.
* Ujjayi Pranayama,”Victorious “breath- We will discuss, practice and learn how to incorporate this “anchor” that supports, sustains and deepens your physical practice.
*The fundamental standing postures, sun salutations, basic backbends and twists- We will breakdown and look at the simple actions and correct alignment required to maintain structural integrity of these “asanas” to create steadiness and ease in your practice.
*De-mystifying meditation- We will practice some simple meditation techniques to make meditation enjoyable and accessible to everyone.
This workshop will leave you with knowledge and tools to achieve a more confident and graceful physical practice as well as yogic concepts for personal growth and awareness to apply to your daily life off your mat. Come join me!
