Deeper Dimensions of The Eight-Limb Path Within Our Practice
Ashtanga yoga means "eight limbs of yoga." The limbs are defined in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and they are the foundation of Ashtanga yoga.

Carol Tharp-Perrin offers a workshop integrating an all-level Ashtanga practice to explore the eight limb path within our yoga. In pursuit of deepening the journey, we'll consider each of the eight elements and how they are interlinked and bonded together along the pathways of inner growth within our practice.
Patanjali of the Yoga Sutras described the eight aspects of yoga as limbs of a tree. Wisdom, peace and spirituality grow as a tree grows, steady and gradual with occasional growth spurts or no apparent growth at times, but all limbs seek to grow, reaching simultaneously towards the Light.
This workshop is appropriate for all levels of students and teachers.
"No matter how long we have practiced, there are always new beginnings." Carol Tharp-Perrin
