4:00-5:30 pm - Arrive, Get Unpacked & Settled
5:30-7:00 pm – Welcome, Intros, Review your Dosha
7:00-8:30 pm – Gentle Evening Yoga Practice
8:30-9:30 pm – Deep Relaxation, Sleep Preparation

SATURDAY

6:30-7:30 am – Optional: Meditation/Mantra (for Anxiety)
7:30-9:00 am – Morning Breathing & Yoga Practice
9:00-10:30 am – Breakfast & Break
10:30 am - 1:00 pm – Ayurveda "Classroom"

1:00-2:30 pm - Lunch & Mid-Day Break
(Food Choices for Your Dosha)

2:30-5:30 pm – Optional Outdoor Adventures (weather permitting) or Indoor Activities, Free time, Journaling

5:30-7:00 pm – Supper & Evening Break

7:00-8:30 pm – Evening Yoga & Relaxation Practice
8:30-9:00 pm – Deep Relaxation, Discussion, Questions

SUNDAY
