Morning workshop 10am - 1230pm £30

Vinyasa and Vayus
The Pancha Vayus are the five winds or currents of life-force energy in the body that facilitate the circulation of Prana throughout your entire being. During this introductory workshop you will experience the Vayus through the Prana Flow® Energetic Vinyasa principals using pulsing, body and rhythmic vinyasas.
Prana: All encom­pass­ing energy
Apana: Ground­ing and releas­ing energy
Udana: Ris­ing up and out energy
Samana: Draw­ing inward of energy
Vyana: Expan­sive energy
Delamay will be sharing with you a variety of sequences to tap into the essence of each Vayu and the workshop includes mudras, chanting, meditation and hands on assists. Suitable for all levels and a must for any Vinyasa lovers!

Soma Sadhana Elixir
Restoration, exhalation and complete rejuvination! To embark on a Sadhana means to listen to your body and feed it the nourishment that it has been deeply calling for. We surrender, relax and flow through a Soma Prana Vinyasa sequence with the intention of balancing the nervous system and bringing equilibrium into your entire being. We lower the heart rate and blood pressure at the same time as boosting the immune system. Incorporating pranayama and mudras with deep and supportive forward bends using blocks, bolsters and belts. Natural movement is also invited in to release physical tension and massage your entire being. Suitable for all levels.

About Delamay Devi

A yogini, dancer, foodie, mentor, writer and a lover of embodied expression. Delamay was born and raised in Byron Bay, Australia. She divides her time between Australia, Europe and Asia, following the sun and offering trainings and retreats in many beautiful parts of the world. With a background in dance it was a natural progression into teaching yoga and delve deeper into the rhythm of the breath, the natural flow of the body and the formlessness of meditation. Delamay assists Shiva Rea and the tribe throughout the year and looks forward to connecting with the Brighton yoga community again!
