Desk Stress Relief Through Yoga
This 4-class series is designed to combat the physical and mental stress brought on by desk work. All levels of experience welcome.

The course will be accumulative, building on the basics of hatha yoga. The asanas (postures) will be specifically designed for those who spend many hours a day sitting. We'll learn how to use yoga in and out of the workplace to combat stress and feel better at the desk.
