Work at a desk all day? Have tension in your neck, shoulders, hips, and back? Stressed about your stress? Find some relief through yoga!

This 4-class series will guide you through techniques for combating the mental, emotional, and physical stress you may have from your desk job. Each class will include a physical practice to combat built-up tension and some tips to use throughout the work day to avoid building more. Suitable for all levels of students.
