Shed off old, wintery layers in the body, mind and heart and get fired up for summer!
This two hour session, led by Kula teacher Ashley Dunlop, will include a combination of yoga and meditation to allow you to:
Detox the body from toxins by stimulating the circulatory, digestive and lymphatic systems
Detox the mind from judgement, self-doubt, old patterns, fears and limiting beliefs
Detox the heart from past pain, trauma, resentment, anger and negative emotions that are holding you back
You will leave this workshop feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready for summer!

Cleanse physical, emotional or mental debris that you're carrying around unnecessarily
Establish or deepen a meaningful meditation practice to help you move forward
Explore a fun and creative flow followed by a peaceful, inspiring meditation
