Fall is a time when the winds begin to blow and cold starts to settle in. In Ayurveda it is considered the 'vata' time of year, a time marked by instability and change that can affect our well-being. It is the perfect season to cleanse, detox and set intention while aligning your body to this changeable season so you'll move into winter with a strong foundation.
This Detox Yoga Workshop will guide you through a cleansing yoga flow sequence, kriya and pranayama practices, guided meditation and coaching designed to rid the physical and energetic body of habits and patterns that you are ready let go of. You will also explore the Ayurvedic qualities of the Fall or 'Vata' season and learn how to eat in harmony with the environment and nurture yourself with self-care practices.
