Something you always wanted to do but never dared on your own: here we come- united we stand -DETOX escape with a group! 

The weekend is not to deprive you of any tastes or flavors but to open up to the new, clean eating, simple, nutrients bountiful, energy boosting, health and youth supporting gluten/wheat and dairy free vegan cuisine!

The aim is to de-clatter and enLIGHTen after the winter, to gain extra energy and vitality. It is a friendly get away with a very relaxed mindset. You will be able to assist with the meal preparation as much as you wish to answer all your nutritional dilemmas.

Full Description

The itinerary:

Arrival after 5pm, checking in, light dinner and chats by the fire
8pm green youth and wellness elixir
8.30-10.30 metabolism boosting and detoxifying yoga
11am: brunch (each meal will aim for 80% raw vegan wholesome diet in the form or salads and snacks) chia pods, gluten/wheat free freshly baked muffins, raw/organic honey and nuts spreads, rich in antioxidants Japanese youth secret green tea and vanilla red bush – there is no plan for black tea/coffee or dairy milk but if this stretches way too far out of your comfort zone- please bring your weekend supply 

The in-betweeners: nuts, veggies, fruit, home –made raw chocos, loads of herbal infusions– mostly hand-picked by me- I will tell you all about their powerful properties!
Afternoon: free time to do everything and nothing: to read, passive freckles hunting- sun bathing on the farm or explore: we are just 6 miles from the ancient town of Rye and less than 8 miles from Battle, Tenterden and the sandy Sussex beaches so with the cars/taxi we can get anywhere! 
Dinner 6pm: protein, grains based salads and the infamous avocado dessert 

11am: brunch and…….full Sunday Roast lunch in the nearby pub…NOT! 
The retreat is over after the brunch but the rest of the day is for us to enjoy: the beach or the nearby historical town?
