Our weekend detox program will cleanse your body, renew your spirit, and boost your confidence and self-esteem. This is a welcoming space to let go of the toxins in your life and start fresh. It is the perfect motivation to start a daily fitness and nutrition program and get your body back into dream shape!
Students will be provided with breakfast and lunch on both days, each containing "detoxifying" foods that help cleanse the body and keep it running smoothly. After the weekend, participants will continue the detox for the remainder of the week with the meal plan provided.
Following this specialized plan will help participants revitialize from the inside out by invigorating the kidneys, the colon, and the liver- the body's natural detoxification system. Many juice cleanses or detox diets on the market consist of fasting and a lack of nutrients. Our weekend cleanse provides the foods that help your body cleanse itself, nourishing your body with the right nutrients, all while feeling full and strong! -
