Detox Yoga & Gong Meditation Workshop

Join Dirish Shaktidas for this revitalising 2-hour yoga detox workshop which will utilise three effective components for the release of internal toxins: abdominal compression, decompression and twists. The workshop will finish with a Gong Meditation. Lying in relaxation, the reverberating tones of the gong bathe your body in rich sound waves helping you to restore balance and harmony. It’s a blissful way to deal with stress and fatigue and is a profoundly relaxing experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and energised.

The workshop is for all levels with modified postures being demonstrated for participants new to yoga.
