Full Description

Learn skills for adapting classes to best support those with heart disease. Stress being a key risk factor for heart disease, we will look at the role of stress in the disease process.

We will also explore other lifestyle modifications that are used in Dr Dean Ornish’s Spectrum program. These lifestyle modifications have not only been used to manage heart disease but are being used in the management of many other chronic illnesses.
