Dharma Yoga Maha Sadhana: The Great Practice with Emi Tull
Let your New Year begin in Love and Light with a traditional Dharma yoga practice
Type of Event
Sunday 6th January
At Indaba Yoga
It is important to start the New Year with the right intention. This workshop will help you to start your 2019 in the direction that is right for you following the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra, a living master of yoga, whose wisdom is based on love and compassion. It will also help you to prepare for the workshops with Sri Dharma Mittra in February in London. This workshop will familiarise you with the traditional Dharma Yoga method so that you can fully enjoy his classes.
This class consists of pranayama (breathing practices) to calm the mind and stimulate the chakras, healing mantra to purify mind and heart, asana practice to strengthen physical body and mind, guided deep relaxation to rejuvenate and recharge the physical and mental system. Additionally students will experience a joyous Dharma Yoga signature Asana Satsang Jam along with a short Kirtan to offer practice, to open and purify the heart, and to be connected to others and The Inner Self.
All these yogic techniques are based on the teachings and practice of New York's renowned yoga master, Sri Dharma Mittra. The essential qualities of Sri Dharma’s teachings will be imparted to the students throughout the class. This class is open to all levels except for complete beginners. Modifications and variations will be given to make the asana practice accessible to all, so as to enjoy our time together.
