Dharma yoga + Pranayama + Chanting
Dharma yoga asana practice, pranayama and chanting in one class will give you a traditional yoga experience and you will receive many benefits from this experience.

This workshop will begin with Purification Practices, including Mantra (chanting) and Pranayama (breathing exercise). It continues with a physically and mentally challenging Dharma Yoga Shiva Namaskara practice. Inversion poses including headstand, forearm stand and handstand will be looked into during the session. The asana practice ends with a guided relaxation, followed by a short Kirtan
Students will be introduced to some of traditional yoga systems including pranayama and chanting to purify their Nadis (psychic channels) and hearts, and to raise concentration. Practising pranayama, chanting and asana in one class will be beneficial to students as their Nadis and hearts will be purified and opened.
Students will be given some tips for inversion poses, and adjustment as required.
