Dharma Yoga Workshop
This workshop begins with Purification Practices, including, Mantra and Pranayama (breathing exercise) followed by Dharma Yoga Shiva Namaskara practice. Backbend will be looked into during the session. The session ends with a guided relaxation.

We will begin with Purification Practices, which include Mantra and Pranayama before flowing into a physically and mentally challenging Dharma Yoga Shiva Namaskara practice.
There will be a focus on backbends; experience some wonderful adjustments and learn some key tips to incorporate into your yoga practice. The session will finish with a guided relaxation to help you reset and rebalance.
