This experiential workshop breaks down the mechanics of down-regulation and teaches you movement and breathing strategies drawn from yoga, meditation, self-myofascial release, and more. Using the Yoga Tune Up® and Roll Model® balls, learn specific, yet customizable techniques that instantly roll out tension, improve your breath capacity, help break dysfunctional movement patterns, and provide a fast-track to stress-relief. No yoga experience necessary, suitable for all levels and body types.
