Following Baron Baptiste’s revolutionary "40 Days to Personal Revolution” book, join Sophie as she guides you through this transformative 6 weeks program, creating empowerment and growth through meditation, asana and self inquiry.
Each week involves 6 days of yoga a week, daily meditation and journalling practices, eating mindfully and being present and coachable during the mandatory 6 x weekly group calls, which can be done anywhere as long as you have an internet connection. This is where the magic happens where our 40 days community will come together to support each other in our commitments to personal growth and expansiveness. Expect to be challenged in creating what’s possible for you in your life!
Regardless of your level of experience, this program will reveal mental clarity, lightness of body, and an illumination of spirit.
