Full Description

This workshop will help you to establish a routine to support a healthy lifestyle. The ancient practices of Ayurveda and yoga recommend following a similar routine everyday to help calm the nervous system, boost the immune system and bring a sense of wellbeing. We will look at some basic formats for a daily practice that fits in with your personal schedule, so that it becomes as natural as cleaning your teeth!
