Doing the road trip, it is the ultimate way to experience the on-land beauty of Timor-Leste, passing a lot of picturesque villages and beaches. Stopping for any buffalos and goats crossings, make this trip unique. We break the trip in small segments with some snorkeling/diving, picnic lunch on the beach, and experience delicious Timor coffee in Baucau.

Jaco island has been preserved and no one is allowed to stay on the encourage our guests to take care of the environment and the local culture. Please help us not to leave any litters on the island, and produce as little footprint as possible in the area.

We will be based at Valu beach, facing Jaco island. The accommodation is comfortable, although basic. With private rooms with fan and own bathrooms. There is electricity. The locals would serve us our meals, and if you consume fish - you will have catch-of-the-day cooked to your liking!
During the day we will do yoga and discover magic, splash around, crossing to Jaco island discovering its beauty underwater but also at Valu. The beach is pristine and the underwater life is untouched with so much life.

On our last day, we have beautiful dinner at Pousada de Baucau talking about our adventures and discoveries before we drive further back to Dili.

Family friendly and Non-divers are welcome.
