30th October 2015 – 1st November 2015: ‘Yoga Retreat’ at Villa Vrindavana.

In this retreat we will be exploring the topic of: “DISCOVERING YOUR GIFTS”. In the summer the earth energy is outgoing and brings all her wonderful energy out and manifests all her marvellous opulence. During the winter she is introvert instead and her energy goes inside into depth, introspection and growth, increasing her power (shakti) for the next spring/summer. As we are natural beings and part of her, we follow this trend.
Daily Schedule
FRIDAY:

16.30 – 18.00: Introduction & guided meditation
20.00 – 21.30: Dinner

SATURDAY/SUNDAY:

07.30 – 09:00: Meditation, pranayama, mudra and bandhas
09.15 – 10.00: Breakfast
10.00 – 11.00: Personal time. Meditative walks along the local forest (alone or guided) journal, read, draw or explore.
11.30 – 13:00: Warming ups, asanas and guided relaxation
13.30 – 15.00: Lunch
15.00 – 17.00: Walk, afternoon nap, time to read books and relax
17.30 – 19.00: Getting deeper into ‘Yoga Ratna’
20.00 – 21.30: Dinner
After Dinner, packing and goodbyes

Retreats at Villa Vrindavana, a beautiful ashram located in Tuscany’s most famous Chianti-area and just 20 minutes away from the city center of Florence.
