Hanuman Yoga Retreat will hold its 3rd Annual Discover Your Whole Being program at Bali Mountain Retreat Centre. Located on Mount Batukaru, this is the second highest mountain in Bali and set amongst coffee, cocoa, and spice plantations. Each day of your 6 day/5 night retreat will be blessed with panoramic views down to the ocean, fresh mountain air, and spring-fed water. The Discover Your Whole Being program is made with intention, and we will explore the following ideas: mindfulness, gratitude, manifestation, compassion, acts of kindness, and letting go. Yoga can be for EVERY BODY and experienced in a non-competitive environment where the vibe is warm, gentle, supportive, and fun. Our Hatha yoga classes will benefit beginners, intermediates, and even experienced practitioners looking for variety in their yoga practice. Learning is infinite; we constantly become attuned to our bodies and energies which changes day to day! Our morning sessions will include breathwork (pranayama), guided meditation, and yoga (asana). We will work on proper alignment, understanding internal feedback, and structuring your own intuitive flow. What you bring to the mat will determine your own personal outcome. By the end of the week, you will be able to start a home practice, use yoga for self-care, and incorporate yoga into your daily life. In addition to yoga, you will experience five other healing modalities. This is a wonderful opportunity to dive deep into the body, mind, and energy connection. Discover Your Whole Being! April 12~17, 2015
This 6 day/5 night Yoga, Wellness, and Mindfulness Retreat at Bali Mountain Retreat will include:
Daily 2 hour morning breathwork, meditation, and moderate Hatha yoga class
Daily 1.25 hour afternoon wellness workshop (, QiGong, TRE/tension-trauma releasing exercises, partner yoga)
Daily 1 hour evening program each night (, JourneyDance, restorative yoga, Inner Dance, share circles)
1:1 private sessions with Radha Mistry, an energy worker and intuitive healer
Group Tarot card reading with Radha Mistry
5 nights accommodation with daily housekeeping
Single or double occupancy in contemporary Balinese design accommodations

Pick-up and drop-off transfers to/from Denpasar (DPS) airport, Seminyak, Kuta, Ubud, or Sanur.
Complimentary drinking water for the duration of the retreat. This is fresh mountain spring water that is UV filtered.
Free Wi-Fi access (use own laptop). In order to create a mindful environment, we ask you to not bring your devices during mealtimes or any class sessions.
Complimentary one hour full body Balinese massage. This is a relaxing, therapeutic experience that will make you feel completely at bliss!
Guided walk to the local Bali Hindu temple in the mountain forest with Balinese blessing. A true cultural highlight!
Guided walk to panoramic rice paddy view.
Half-day excursion to the local hot springs and river.
Explorations and experiences on gratitude, mindfulness, being present, letting go, and acts of kindness!
Three vegetarian meals per day off the menu: breakfast, lunch, dinner. Bali Mountain Retreat uses the freshest produce, organically grown when possible. Meals are a culinary delight of Western and Balinese food.
+Sample breakfast menu: fresh tropical fruit salad, yogurt, tea, coffee, juice, homemade muesli, and cereal. Eggs (any style), sautéed greens
and tomatoes, toast, banana pancakes.
+Sample lunch menu: nasi campur, nasi goreng, mie goreng, shredded coconut, cucumber and basil salad, potato croquettes, soup,
ferntip spring rolls.
+Three course dinner with appetizer, main entree, and dessert. Starters: eggplant wedges, tomato and garlic bread, soup. Entrees: tofu, tempe, and vegetable dishes. Salads, noodle, curry, and rice dishes. Dessert: coconut crepes, chocolate cake, fruit salad with coconut cream, and ice cream.
Afternoon Activities: You may choose to indulge in another massage (most guests have two or three during their stay!), venture out on a jungle trek, browse through the shop for souvenirs, or sign-up for various activities such as offering making or Balinese cooking. (Note: These activities will require an extra but reasonable fee.)

The retreat program will begin at 5 pm on April 12th and end at 11 am on April 17th.
*Initial booking deposit will be USD$490. Your remaining balance will be paid upon check-in at Bali Mountain Retreat. Cash payments are preferred for this: AUD, Euro, IDR, or USD (from 2006 and only $20 bills or higher). However, Visa /Mastercard credit card payments are also acceptable, with a 2.5% local bank fee charged.
