First session focusing on the chest and shoulders
Second session focusing on the legs and feet
DISCOVERY a two sessions workshop for beginners on Friday 25th of April and Friday 2nd of May from 17.30 to 19.30
During those two sessions, we will practice yoga together with a special emphasis on the breath, ending the class with a short meditation, so that to embrace all the aspects of yoga as a practice of self-transformation.
Let's practice yoga together for your two first classes. The idea is to explain the postures and to give simple insights so that to learn the basic. We will put a special emphasis on the breath in order to create a sustainable breathing practice during our practice of yoga postures.
During the first session, we will work with gentle movements in order to open the chest and the shoulders.
During the second session we will focus on the placement of our legs and feet. Those postures are especially beneficial for the lower back and the neck.
We will end both class with a short meditation
