Full Description

Daily yoga practice, meditation, healthy food, beautiful nature, community, and discourses on life themes from a yogi perspective. What else to wish for, to empower the inner sparcle?

This magical place has become a pilgrimage for yogis, and those avoiding tourist crowds and commercial offers. Featuring both a lovely indoor and outdoor shala, in a lush green environment, simple monk-like accommodation, varied local vegan, and vegetarian food, and the beach just a few steps away from your room.

Every morning, you will start with meditation, kriyas (cleansing), and yoga practice at the shala, followed by a nourishing breakfast. You will have a chance to experience an individual approach with yoga coaching to reflect upon your life questions.

The afternoon presents the perfect time for a nap in the forest by the beach, sunbathing, swimming or exploring the local or you can just relax enjoying a massage, gong bath or fresh herbal tea. A nutrient-rich dinner rounds up the day, with some relaxing evening conversations, songs, meditation or relaxation. And of lovely staff and genuine teachers.

This has been so far Corona-free yoga place. It is a spacious retreat place with lots of fresh air, and with all epidemiological measures taken at the hotel and at the village.
