About Manu: Manu Rossi is an Ashtanga Yoga Teacher authorised Level 2 by the Sri K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute, Mysore, India. He began practicing Ashtanga yoga in 1997 and after meeting Lino Miele in 1998 he continued a constant daily practice under his guidance for 8 years, discovering step by step the benefits and transformative power of Ashtanga Yoga. In 2005 he met his Guru Sri K. Pattabhi Jois when studying at the K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute (KPJAYI) in Mysore, India. He studied at KPJAYI for extended periods every year since then. In 2006 Manu moved to London to continue his studying with Hamish Hendry at Astanga Yoga London, who inspires him as a model of dedication and faith. In 2009 Manu and his wife Bella moved to Oxford where they teach daily Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and R. Sharath Jois at the K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute.
