Dru Meditation course - learn the art of meditation as you are guided through a variety of weekly meditation and mindfulness practices that will allow you to reach a place of inner calm and stillness.

8 week course running every Wednesday evening from 7pm to 8.30pm
learn amazing techniques that will help you develop your own home practice.
Learn the art of mindfulness, relaxation and the very potent prana Kriya's that will allow you to manage your energy moment by moment.
Last course running for this year. Next year you will be able to take part in the follow on course to deepen your experience and practice.

During this 8 week course you will learn:
* the art of sitting - how to sit to suit your body and situation
* how to deeply relaxation to allow the body to rejuvenate so that you have the energy you need to sit
* a variety or breathing techniques
* a variety of guided meditations to take you quickly into a place of stillness
* the amazing prana kriya movements and breath work that will allow you to manage your energy moment by moment.
this will be the last course for this year. Next year I will be offering a follow on course for all those who have completed the first level and wish to go deeper into the process of meditation.
