Dru Meditation Course
Dru Meditation course -intermediate level, for anyone who has done the beginners course or been on retreat or attended regular yoga classes. This course will take you deeper into meditation practice.

8 week course running every Wednesday evening from 7pm to 8.30pm
This is pitched at the intermediate level and you will learn more advanced breathing techniques, deeper guided practices and longer periods of sitting than in the beginners course.
$240 for the whole course. If you book and pay on line. A small fee applies if you choose to pay with paypal.

During this 8 week course you will learn:
* the art of sitting - revise briefly
* weekly relaxation going deeper
* more advanced breathing techniques including the three fold breath
* some guided meditations to take you quickly into a place of stillness
* deepening of the prana kriya movements and breath work that will allow you to manage your energy moment by moment.
