E L E V A T E: 300 HOUR YOGA TEACHER TRAINING

This all inclusive immersion training takes place over 24 days at Casa Teotl in Nepantla Mexico. Equipping you with tools to hone your practice, empower your teaching, and align more with your spirit.
With Grace and Joy’s 300-hour Yoga Teacher Training is a portal to access the ancient. This magically woven experience of traditions and teachings will be immensely informative, empowering and inspiring. We will deepen the connections from the atomic to the cosmic as we explore many facets of the Vedic traditions to tap our highest potential, truest understanding and ultimate spirit. The teachings are rich in theory and robust in practice. Blending old and new perspectives as well delve deeper into philosophy, anatomy, teaching and technique.

This experience is for the dedicated yogi, who has a calling to share (whether teaching classes or holding healing space) and embodies a yogic lifestyle. The training is scaffolded to be responsive of individual needs and intentions while honoring a framework of established curriculum.

This theory and practices are intended to advance the understanding, teaching and personal practice of previous With Grace and Joy 200hr YTT graduates, or other selected graduate students from YA registered 200 hour YTT programs. Additionally, some elective modules may also be available for those who wish to deepen their study without the foundational 200hour YTT.
