Early Summer Gentle Yoga Retreat
A deeply relaxing yoga retreat, just a few hours journey from London in the beautiful South Downs.

Tailor made yoga for your individual needs in the stunning beautiful Tilton House. The classes are suitable for everyone including beginners and seniors. There are a variety of classes in the yoga programme, including meditation and breath work, energising hatha yoga, deep restful yin yoga, simple partner yoga and yoga nidra. We also have a sound bath on the Saturday evening. You'll practice yoga to the sound of birdsong in a pretty yurt or on the lawn if it is a sunny warm day.
Sound healing sessions, massage (must pre book, not included) and a sauna are available throughout the weekend. There is ample time for relaxing in the gardens or the library or exploring the walking trails in the surrounding area. The food is amazingly delicious vegetarian (mostly vegan), low GI, with raw desserts every evening and gluten free diets catered for.
