Earthy Feet Workshop
Three hour Forrest Yoga workshop with senior Forrest Yoga teacher and Forrest Yoga Guardian Sandra Robinson (formerly Heider). We’ll be activating the feet and legs to encourage energy to flow away from the head and thinking into the lower parts of the body and thereby into feeling. All welcome.

The focus of this 3-hour Forrest Yoga workshop is on activating the feet and legs to encourage energy to flow away from the head and thinking into the lower parts of the body and thereby into feeling.
When we experience a deep connection with the earth, we are more grounded, more rooted and we have more clarity.
When we over-analyse and over-think life, we experience doubt, low self-esteem and stuckness.
Through a strong Standing Pose Series you will be guided into feeling your feet and legs thereby making a conscious connection with the ground underneath you. Feel more present and part of life.
All levels are welcome, whether you’ve just taken a few yoga classes or are a yoga teacher, and modifications will be given where needed.
The workshop will be led by senior Forrest Yoga teacher Sandra Robinson. She’s the most experienced ‘Forrest Yoga Guardian’ in Europe and here’s what she has to say:
