During breaks you can enjoy the forest, the sea, the spiritual library, a healing massage, or rest in your room or in different quiet rest areas inside or in our beautiful garden.

We will practice together Hatha Kriya Yoga and Meditation.
We use combined body movements with awareness (asanas), breathing techniques, meditation and guided meditation.
We realize who we really are behind our weaknesses and fears.
Within a few days you will adapt to this practice and be able to do it at home afterwards alone or share it with your friends.
Conscious breathing changes our awareness and our lives.
You will increase body and mind awareness and at the same time you will relax body and mind.
Love and forgiveness enhances our path and softens our hearts.
Peace and unity is the way we learn to live in this world.
In this group we can be from all ages and backgrounds. Also our brothers and sisters with no Yoga experience or Meditation are warmly welcomed to join.
