This Yoga in Daily Life residential retreat is located in a lovely rural outdoor activity centre in Scotland, nestled at the foot of the Pentland Hills, just 20 miles from Edinburgh, offering you the chance to deepen your connection to the forces of nature within through practising yoga and meditation, and reconnecting with nature outside.

You’ll learn how to integrate techniques of yoga and principles of nature into daily life – transforming habitual negative reactions into wise healthy choices and discovering more peaceful states of being.
Includes: gentle, strengthening and dynamic yoga asanas, pranayama breathing, yoga nidra deep relaxation, meditation, mantra chanting, philosophy discussions, walks in nature, inspirational book library and free time for
Optional: Thai yoga massage sessions, individual spiritual consultations - for extra fees.
Accommodation is in comfortable male and female bunk bed dormitories, each with shared bathrooms; two singles with ensuites are available for a supplementary fee; all bedding is supplied and there is a common room with kitchen facilities in our block.
