Eat Clean. Live Clean.
This workshop is designed to help you thrive in your life with abundant energy and contentment. With food, we’ll learn ways to cut cravings, reduce bloat, and increase our energy. With our yoga practice, we’ll move, twist, and stretch to flush the body of accumulated toxins. With self-inquiry, we’ll look into the stories we create about ourselves that deny the truth of our experience and make us feel unworthy and unacceptable.

“Discover what you need to live a more authentic life. What are you holding on to that is no longer serving you? Where are you holding clutter in your life? Where can you lose the excess weight of life? What can you scrub down, wring out, toss out, or put back in?
Self-inquiry allows us to pay attention to the thoughts, feelings, and beliefs that disconnect us from our own heart.
It begins with food. Clean food clears the mind. Questioning the mind expands the heart. As we cultivate mindfulness in our body, bringing attention to our asana practice and a tender spirit of listening to the mind and body, we begin to feel more at home with ourselves. With this quality of lovingkindness, we become more present to the suffering before us.”
